Verified My experience started well they are very nicest the problem is they take a very long time and the biggest problem is they don't bill insurance correct and bill you for more than they submitted to insurance. so plane and simple do not trust them and double check everything.

As soon as they got their money, they haven't really done anything. No supplies ordered, Brooke will not provide any invoices showing where the money was spent, no work being done and to top it off the lady hung up on her. If you're a professional company, documentation on where your customers money was spent be that hard to provide

They get ahold of the people they need to do certain services as soon as they are needed and always keep me updated and informed with what is going on.
