A friend of mine is using this company and it has been a complete and total nightmare. As soon as they got their money, they haven't really done anything. No supplies ordered, Brooke will not provide any invoices showing where the money was spent, no work being done and to top it off the lady hung up on her. They get ahold of the people they need to do certain services as soon as they are needed and always keep me updated and informed with what is going on. They make a bad situation so much more bearable and it takes a lot of pain and stress off of your shoulders. The flood was bad enough without feeling invaded and violated in my own home. Expert and courteous, I was grateful for the meticulous mediation of the mold and water damage we suffered, and by the assurance that everything would be "put to right" by Disaster Restoration's owner and crew. Great weight is carried by me for a company that is both knowledgeable and considerate of the situation and occupants.
